Our deeply-held values regarding coffee sourcing, roasting and blending are very much part of who we are.

We never compromise on quality so you don’t have to. We travel far and wide to source the finest Arabica beans from approved or certified farms.

All our beans are carefully roasted in our Roasting Facility in Bewley’s Northern Cross, Dublin.

In recognition of our pursuit of excellence we are approved to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Environmental) standards. We are also proud members of the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe.

Paul O'Toole - Master Roaster & Blender 

Our Master Roaster Paul O’Toole is Ireland’s most senior coffee expert, a position which only Patrick Bewley himself could possibly rival.

Paul is an internationally acknowledged authority on all aspects of coffee production - from the farms where he personally chooses the varieties of bean for harvest, to the brilliant taste experience which he carefully unlocks throughout the roasting process.
